Tobie Town Media owns and retains the copyright to all media produced and sold through this transaction. Tobie Town Media maintains the right to use this media to promote its business. Media rights are not sold or granted to you, the client. Through this transaction, you, the client, have only received a usage license.

A real estate media usage license is provided upon payment with all properties to be used:

1. According to local MLS rules.
2. For the life of the current listing (until the property is either sold or goes off the market.)
3. For any purpose pertinent to the marketing of the property in question.
4. By the original client only.

This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable to third parties without explicit permission from Tobie Town Media.

No entity outside of Tobie Town Media is permitted to make any digital alterations to the purchased media. The only exception to this rule is when the client must crop an image for resizing purposes.

Tobie Town Media must be made aware, credited, and compensated for any printed or digital publication/use where the produced media has been used for any reason other than direct marketing of the sale of the property.
